Chatbot interaction: When using our chatbot, we collect chat transcripts to provide communication and respond to support inquiries, voluntarily provided contact details (e.g., email address or phone number) if you request a follow-up, and feedback on chatbot responses (thumbs up or down) to improve the quality of the system.
Automatic data collection (cookies & log files): When visiting our website, certain data is automatically collected to ensure the website functions properly, including your IP address (shortened where technically possible), the date and time of the request, the browser and operating system used, and cookies to store user preferences and for statistical analysis. 3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

4. Data Retention Period
Chat transcripts are stored for up to three years to track support requests and improve the system.
Feedback data for chatbot optimization is stored in an anonymized form.

Your data will generally not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations, you have explicitly given your consent, or the processing is carried out by a data processor within the EU who is contractually obligated to comply with GDPR.
All data processing takes place exclusively in cloud systems within the EU. No data is transferred to third countries.
